I am a helper at heart and provide counselling to children, adults, and families. My aim as a counsellor is to provide a nurturing and educational environment for my clients, where self-confidence, healthy communication, and personal growth are encouraged. I create a safe space for each client where they can feel comfortable sharing their experiences, thoughts, fears and ideas.

• Postgraduate Certificates in Play Therapy (Centre for Play Therapy and Training)
• Postgraduate Certificate in Parenting Plans (Social Justice)
• Autism and the Practitioner Training (Neuro Spectrum)
• BA Degree in Psychology (University of South Africa)

I am a Counsellor, registered at the Council for Counsellors in South Africa and a member of the Western Cape Association for Infant Mental Health (WCAIMH) and the Psychological Society of South Africa (PsySSA).
